I have a pair or powerbeats by dre wireless that worked great connecting to my lap top, while using the laptop they disconnected and now the laptop will not discover them or any bluetooth I use. I contact HP support and they did a remote assistance and everything I was told was in order. I know it is not he bluetooth/s because both sets connect to all the laptops in our home and my Iphone instantly.

@KeeksB Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to connect the Bluetooth.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Let's start with the Hard Reset: (To release any excessive static causing the issue).
This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.
-
Shut down the computer
-
Disconnect all external devices - everything.
-
Remove AC power and the battery
-
Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds
-
Reconnect the AC power (only),
-
Power on > Login
-
Next time you shut down the system, reinstall the battery and follow the below steps.
