Can I read SMS on EliteBook 850 G3 ?

I have a laptop that is EliteBook 850 G3 and it has one sim card slot. So now I want to read sim SMS, is it possible?

1) I have Wwan Card:  HP LT 4120 Snapdragon X5 4G LTE WWAN Card

2) I have installed:  HP lt4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE Drivers

3) Operating System is:  Windows 10 Pro (64bit)

4) Internet browse  is: OK

5) Sms Reading Option/ manager: NO ( Need to be fixed)

So now I can browse the internet with a sim card. but I can not see sim SMS. if I see SMS it will better. I have tried to install

HP Connection Manager but is not installed on win10. 

Can someone help me with this issue?

You can use Phone app to send and read SMS message

In your case, probably you can't use SIM from machine.  I can't see Microsoft offers this for Surface machines

actually, I want to read SMS, which sim inserted to my laptop.
