Hi:
The product specs for your PC indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo adapter.

Since there is only one Wi-Fi antenna wire present for that model card to function and the Intel AX210 needs two antenna wires, it will not work properly.
There will be no Bluetooth and degraded wifi reception with only one antenna wire.

Yes, it should work with two antenna wires.
You would only need to install the one missing antenna wire, and this is the dual antenna kit part number and description:
Where you can find this part, unfortunately I would have no idea.

You also have to make sure you purchase the non-vPro model of the AX210 card.
This is the HP part number and description:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # M27269-005.
