So I can see a list of wifi networks, however I can't find mine listed. I can see my wifi listed on all other devices in my home, such as desktops and phones. What gives?
ETA: we just factory reset the laptop, so there really shouldn't be any issues, idk if it's relevant

Looks like your machine only supports 2.4 GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands. Your machine then can "see" 2.4 GHz network and allow you to connect.
