HP Recommended

Since Wednesday of last week I can not search on the internet..wifi is on an working because my gmail is on and I can receive and send emails. However I can type in google.com in another window it pulls up, and will search..but when I hit the link of my search results it says cant reach this page and the search it appears was done by bing.....please help

This is a browser "thing" and not at all related to your brand of computer.

 

Depending on your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, for example), you can likely change the Default Search Engine used to conduct searches.  For example, you might change the Search Engine to use Google, Duck-Duck-Go, Bing, or other search tool.

 

For example,

Firefox > Tools > Search 

Select / change the Default Search Engine

 

Chrome > Settings > Search Engine
