Hi @Nik671,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer is not properly connected to your new network from your laptop, which is why you can only print Word documents and not documents from the internet or emails. When changing internet providers, it's often necessary to update the printer's network settings on all devices.

Here are some steps to help you resolve this issue:

1. Check Printer Connection to the New Network

Ensure that your printer is connected to the new Wi-Fi network:

  • On the Printer: Go to the printer's control panel, navigate to Network Settings or Wireless Settings, and then select Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network.

2. Update Printer Driver and Software

Make sure the printer driver on your laptop is up to date:

  • On your Laptop:
    1. Open the HP Smart app or go to the HP website.
    2. Search for your printer model (HP ENVY Photo 7155) and download the latest driver and software for Windows 11.
    3. Install the driver and software, following the prompts.

3. Check Printer Settings on Your Laptop

Make sure the printer is set up correctly on your laptop:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Ensure your HP ENVY Photo 7155 is listed as the default printer.
  • If it’s not listed or if there’s an error, click Add a printer or scanner and follow the prompts to add your printer.

4. Reconnect Printer to Your Laptop’s Network

Sometimes, reconnecting the printer to your laptop's network can resolve connectivity issues:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and ensure your laptop is connected to the same network as your printer.
  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the instructions to reconnect the printer to your network.

5. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP provides a tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can help diagnose and fix printing and scanning problems:

  • Download it from the HP website.
  • Run the tool and follow the instructions to diagnose and resolve the issue.

6. Restart Your Devices

Sometimes, simply restarting your devices can resolve connectivity issues:

  • Turn off your printer, laptop, and router.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on in this order: router, printer, laptop.

7. Test Printing

After following the above steps, try printing an internet document or email from your laptop to see if the issue is resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
