Hello,

 

Please i have windows 10 pro on my EliteBook 1040 G1 and there no mobile broadband or cellular option on network adapter. I have installed all the drivers gotten from hp support website but nothing seems to be working.

I really need to use the sim card and mobile broadband as there isn't any wifi network where i am.

 

Do i need to get a new mobile broadband adapter or there's a spftware i'm missing that will work for windows 10.

Did you buy one of the following pre-installed WWAN options ? Otherwise it won't be there automatically.


● HP lt4111 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
● HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module
● HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
● Huawei ME906J HP LT4226 LTE/HSPA w/GPS for use only in Japan
● Huawei ME906J HP LT4225 LTE/HSPA w/GPS for use only in Japan
