I wiped my laptop and replaced the OS with windows 8.1, because windows 10 ran awfully on it, but now, i noticed that i no longer have the ability to connect to wifi. I went to the HP website and downloaded every driver, and tried all of them, but none of them worked. The model of my wifi/bluetooth card is L17365-005. I don't know what to do.

This is the only W8.1 driver that was released for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter.

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, and RTL8822BE wireless LAN Controllers in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

sp91514.exe

If it doesn't work, you will have to invest in a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter that works on W8.1.

Here's the link to the Bluetooth driver:

sp98266.exe
