I recently upgraded my phone for an Samsung galaxy S10 and whenever i have a page to print, it only gives me the option to save pdf, when i select my HP printer, it just says is getting ready to preview, but it does not connect to the printer. Is only happening with the S10, i tried to uninstall the app several times and it does the same thing over and over again. Someone else having this issue?

Hi @Rodrigues87
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
Try these steps to update your phone -
1) Open your phone's Settings app.
2) Near the bottom, tap System and then Advanced and then System update.
3) You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.
Also, try to clear the Android OS Print Spooler cache -
1) On your Android device, tap the Settings icon, and then select Apps or Applications.
2) Select Show System Apps.
3) Scroll down the list, and then select Print Spooler.
Depending on your Android device, tap Storage, and then select Print Spooler.
4) Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
5) Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon , and then tap Print.
A print preview screen displays.
6) Next to Select a printer, tap the down arrow to view the printer list, and then select your printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
