Officejet 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 8600 IS connected to my network via WiFi.  I set it up using the WPS feature.  I can also print to the device without fail.  My problem is that it will not connect to webservices any more, or the HP e-print.

The blue WiFi light does not come on anymore, but configuration page and all other indications suggest it is in fact connected.  How do I get hp-e-print to turn on again.  I have followed all the online instructions to no avail.  The device always "Unsuccessful" "Web Services (ePrint and Apps) could not be enabled".

Please advise....WIN_20210128_23_31_16_Pro.jpg

I have a Photosmart 5510 which ePrint was setup and working on ok. Recently I noticed that the ePrint light was no longer on and I don't seem to be able to enable it following multiple instructions I have found on here. Firmware is also the latest.

It is not a feature which we use a lot but it is driving me mad trying to enable it.

I have the same issue.  I cannot enable web services on my HP 8600 n911 Officejet printer.  They used to work a few years ago.
