Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc001ni
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is no wifi existing on my laptop. I cannot find any wifi adaptors under the device manager drivers. I have tried installing them manually but it does not work either. The only way I can get internet connection to my laptop is via usb tethering at the moment. When I open internet and network settings no wifi options exist, they have all disappeared.

 

Help would be much appreciated.

Solved, reset the TCP/IP settings.

 

type "netsh winsock reset" in command prompt running as administrator.
