Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I received a new hub from virgin yesterday and all devices are connected besides my laptop..

The strangest thing is, a hidden network has become visible on my list of networks and disappeared when I disconnected it..

I've been draining my mobile hotspot since yesterday trying to figure out what has happened..

What is your machine ? Can it "see" your new network SSID ? If NOT, your new network SSID may use 5.0GHz and your computer only supports 2.4GHz.

Please give your new network also to broadcast 2.4GHz (dual channels). Your computer may see new SSID now and allow yo to connect.

Regards.
