Hi there,
I brought a brand new HP Laptop 14-cf0008ca a few days ago. I find that my laptop simply never discover my UE Boom Bluetooth speaker. I have tried numerous methods to troubleshoot the problems, including removing and reinstalling Bluetooth drive, updating UE Boom firmware, updating the Bluetooth adapter drivers, flashing Bios through the HP support assistant, but all the attempts were proved to be futile. My UE Boom speaker works perfectly with my other Windows 10 laptop and Android phones. Therefore, I am quite sure the speaker functions. Could anyone shed light on the issue? Thanks in advance.

Very strange ! Its specs does not say anything about Bluetooth
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06060661
From the following information, it does NOT have Bluetooth at all
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=4BQ33UA
It only has WLAN RT CARTIER AC 2X2 part # 924813-855
Option: Use USB Bluetooth adapter:

There are many brands and models around, cheaper too.
Regards.

Hi Banhien,
Thanks for your reply. What you see seems different from what I got in Canada.

It has a Realtek 8822be WIFI and Bluetooth combo chip. I think it is naturally Bluetooth-enabled.
