Product: HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Serial: [personal info removed]
model: HSA-A002K
P/N: 3ML04AA
COMPONENT P/N: L18830-db1
AAA Batteries are in. 2 in both the keyboard and mouse, each. Mouse turns on but cannot wirelessly connect to my laptop (HP Laptop - 15z-ef100 CTO). Keyboard doesn't turn on, no on/off switch, only Bluetooth button that doesn't work - Light never turns on. When holding down the connect buttons, my laptop does not detect either the keyboard or mouse.
Tried all support options and no help.
