Product: hp chromebook

Ok, I have gone thru all the set ups a million and 7 times, but the bloody printer will not connect to my  chromebook laptop.  I have followed all the directions, I have gone through all the troubleshooting. I have downloaded the print thing (HP Print for Chrome), I have pressed the WPS on my router, I have all but beat it with a brick stick.  

 

The computer shows that it is connected to the printer, but not the printer to the computer.  I have connected my phone without an issue and have printed from my phone just fine.  

 

Brand new computer and brand new printer.  I am ready to kill it.  

 

Please rescue me from IT purgatory.   I'm a science major not a IT major.  😞

Hi

I don't have a magic wand to beat it with, but maybe.....

 

So if you can print from it you can find the printer IP address?

Also the CrudBook IP address?

 

Post them please    or ping the printer from the Cbook.
