Cant configure network adaptors to work correctly

HP Recommended
HP ENVY m6-n113dx Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

We lost our internet at the office so I connected to our server via a wired connection, and connected to the internet via my mobile phone using the wireless.

Problem is, I have to disable the wired connection in order to use the wireless connection to the internet.

I need to e mail files from our server to vendors and customers, but I cant because the wired network adapter seems to over ride the wireless adapters internet connection.
