Pls help me. i cant connect to internet using LAN. But before, i can connect to LAN and now i cant. i dont know why i cant connect LAN

Have you checked if the LAN driver is listed under Device manager?
Have you tried to setup the LAN Connection.
click Set up a new connection or network, then click Connect to the Internet.
Click Broadband (PPPoE).
Enter the User name and Password for the network connection, give the connection a name, and then click Connect.
If you do not experience further problems with the network, you are done.
If you are still experiencing problems with the network, enable network discovery and file sharing.
You may follow the steps suggested in this support document - HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wired Home Networks (Windows 10)
Also, try uninstalling the Ethernet drivers from device manager and install the latest drivers using HP support assistant.
