Hi Paul. Can i ask you for the link dowload to fix the problem in this link https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Driver-issue-Port-0004-Hub-0002... . I got the same problem and I lost my bluetooth driver even though I downloaded it and installed it from intel's homepage but it didn't work. I will very glad if you help me. Thank a lots.

Hi:
I don't see a Bluetooth device manager category in your screenshot.
Since your notebook has a Mediatek wifi card, you would need to install the Mediatek Bluetooth driver for it.
The device that has stopped is your notebook's WWAN card.
