Cellular network connection Only 3G mode

Please help me.... My laptop model is "Folio 1040 G2". It has direct sim card insert port and my sim card cellular data connection is active. But cellular connection is automatic mode. when connection automatically change from 4G to 3G or 2G My net connection is slow. I contact My ISP and Windows provider but they said " it possible if your laptop has the function like your phone"

. Can I change my cellular sim connection Only 3G mode like phone?

The series has following 3 options

Broadband wireless (WWAN)*

• HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+Gobi 4G+ Mobile Broadband Module *,**
• HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Qualcomm Gobi 4G Mobile Broadband Module *,**
• HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module *

note:

* WWAN modules are only available if preconfigured. WWAN connection requires wireless data service contract, network support, and is not available in all areas. Contact service provider to determine the coverage area and availability. Connection speeds will vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors.

** 4 G LTE not available on all products, in all regions and requires Windows.

Mobile Broadband sold as an optional feature that must be factory installed. Internal component upgrades to connectivity are not available after factory configuration.

Do you know which one you have, please check Device Manager (under Networks). The chance is your machine has the last one which does not support 4G network and as mentioned above: you can't change.

Thanks Sir for replying.. I check my device manager and there is " HP lt4211 Gobi 4G Module" 

How can I set only 3G or Only 4G mode but not automatic ?

please help

Sir My cellular sim connection is active. But I just want to set my cellular network mode Only 3G or Only 4G.
