What you do depends on what you mean "change to black ink only".
If you are asking about single cartridge mode,
the feature is explained in the User Guide on Pages 41-42.
OR
If you are asking about changing your printing preferences to print in black / white, then the software / application you are using generally dictates how to select color or not -- and the results can be perhaps what you hope or otherwise.
How you change Printing Preferences -- plus what the option is called and the extent that it is usable -- is determined by the Operating System and (again) the software / application you are using to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.
