Pavillion with intel core I7 8th gen.
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer isn't connecting to my wireless network and indicated there was a problem with the Intel - Wireless AC 9560 driver.  Intell tried to load it without success and said that my HP driver was not up to date.  They tried loading the HP driver and then said they were not able to so they recommended contacting HP.  Here are the chat notes.

1:47 PM Ester S: My best recommendation would be to contact HP to Load BIOS defaults to perform this
1:48 PM Ester S: Any driver was helpful with it

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's do a BIOS recovery: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
