Can anyone confirm the compatibility of the Intel BE200 or Intel BE201 wireless card with the HP Victus 15-fb2000 laptop?

Hi:

 

The Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 card will not work in an AMD notebook.

 

You would need to experiment with a different model Wi-Fi 7 card from Mediatek or Realtek such as a MediaTek MT7927 or a Realtek 8922AE Wi-Fi 7.

 

You also have to make sure the existing card your notebook has uses two antenna wires.

 

There are some Realtek Wi-Fi 6 cards that only come with one antenna wire.

 

Only Wi-Fi 6 cards were offered in the model series and there are no posts where anyone has tried installing a wifi 7 card in the Victus 15-fb2000 modlel series.

 

HP only has the service manual for the original model series available.

 

Chapter 3 has the list of supported cards offered in the model series.
