I set this laptop up with no problem. It’s just done a windows update and then told me that there is no network connection available. Won’t let me run any troubleshooting or search for a network either. Did a factory reset. Now on the initial setup page there is no network available for me to connect to. What do I do?

@Jonathan1701, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like the network issue started after a Windows update.
First, check if the wireless adapter is listed in Device Manager. If the adapter is missing, download the drivers from the HP website on another device and install them via USB.
Also, check the BIOS settings to ensure the wireless card is enabled. Try restarting your router to rule out network issues, and if possible, connect your laptop to the router with an Ethernet cable during setup.
Also, you may refer to this guide for further troubleshooting: HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10) | HP® Support
I hope these steps help resolve the issue.
