HP - Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I recently bought following HP laptop.

HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Warm Gold

I was able to setup and access internet during that process. However now I can't access internet, even thought its wifi adapter is connected to wifi and home wifi connection is working.

I tried both windows and chrome browsers, and I see "Not secure" at the start of URL address line. My time zone is properly synced up as well. What else can I do?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Are you having issues connecting only to your Network or to other Networks as well?

Try reinstalling the wireless driver from Device Manager and ensure you disable your Antivirus for now

 - Select the Start  button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
- Look for Network Adapters and expand the List
- Look for Wireless driver then right-click it, and select Update Driver.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open Device Manager, right-click the Wireless driver and select Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

Try connecting and let me know how it goes

Thank you
