Product: Hp envy 4520

I am trying to connect my envy 4520 to my hotspot on my sprint cell phone when it does read the cell phone and I put in the password it comes up unable to connect to the network. When I run a diagnostic it says that I need to change the settings on the printer. How Do I do this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

HP does not recommend connecting the printer to the mobile hotspot due to security and intermittent connectivity. Instead, try connecting the printer using the Wi-Fi Direct. 

 

Refer to page# 37 from the Service Manual for steps.
