Laptop model 15-dy2xxx with a Realtek adapter. I've got a new router (Hitron). I constantly lose the connection, in a regular, frustrating cycle.

The phones in the house don't indicate they're disconnecting from the router. The laptop connects to a hotspot fine.

I have no idea what's going on.

What is your machine ? Please check which SSID it is connected to. Please try the following fix first: Log on to your new router and allow it to broadcast DUAL bands the connect your computer to 2.4GHz SSID. We need to know what is your machine.

Regards.
