I cannot connect to a samsung mobile spot with wifi, using my NoteBook.
- I can see the hotspot in the wifi connexions,
- With this NoteBook, I can connect to any other wifi network, including other mobile spots, without any problem,
- I can also connect to this Samsung A10 mobile phone, using another HP 840 NoteBook
Only the pair made with my notebook and this mobile does not work. We tried to unsinstall/reinstall wifi, disconnect firewall, update NoteBook... with no success. The attempt to connect invariably ends with "could not connect to the network".

Have you tried what I suggested?
Making it an open hotspot without password?

It sounds as if there is something in the connection setup between that specific mobile phone and the notebook that is incorrect. When you set up the mobile phone's hotspot, set it up temporarily without a password to see if it makes a difference for the connection to be successful.
If you can connect to other networks, that is the only thing, based on what you report you have tried, that it could be.
