Around last month I’ve been having issues with my WiFi connection, it gets disconnected every 5-10 min then the error diagnostics says there’s a problem with wireless adapter or access point then it takes around 2 min to solve the problem and connect to the WiFi again.

its super annoying to have so frequent disconnection from the WiFi since other devices don’t have the issue so it’s not the WiFi for sure, is this a problem with the windows updates, driver of the Realtek adapter and/or I’m also concerned the WiFi/Bluetooth chip is getting heated and hence causing this issue, I would appreciate any support specially from HP. Thanks

@Andycano7

Finally I found disconnecting problem was probably resulted from sleeping of my microsoft designer bluetooth mouse.

May I know if you're using the same product?
