Hi, i tried to reset my network and i did but it still didn’t work. I tried to install it again but still the same thing. Could it be something with the wifi or is it because of my computer?

Hello @Karlosg5t

Now I want to know more details about your internet "thing".

(1) Do you use LAN cable or Wifi to connect to internet ?

(2) Do you have your own wifi router ? What brand / model is it ?

(3) Do you have other devices (smartphones) to test the wifi connection ?

best regards

Hello @Karlosg5t

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

Please report your product number (p/n), please.

best regards
