You're very welcome.
The reason you can't find a bluetooth driver is because the Ralink RT5390R 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter. It is wifi only.
Your notebook did not originally come with built in bluetooth networking.
So, if you want bluetooth capability, you would need to purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter.

Hi:
It is highly probable that the bluetooth radio in your notebook is not supported for W10.
Please provide the following information, so I can see what options you have.
1. The full model number or product number of your notebook. The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number. Do not post the serial number.
2. The full model name and number of the wireless network adapter your notebook comes with. If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
3. What operating system did you have installed before you upgraded to W10?
