I purchased my HP Spectre 360 last yDisaear and it was working fine until a few months later, I noticed the cursor either stopped moving or it jumps all over the place. I took it to BestBuy and they said I should buy a wireless mouse which will help the problem. It does help locating the cursor, but the jumping around issue is still there. Sometimes a complete shut down and restart will help reduce the jumpiness, but it doesn't go away. 

I've tried:
1) Disable the touch pen;
2) Disable the touch screen;
3) Disable the mouse and restart.

Still the same **bleep**. Need Urgent Help!
