I have a problem where after updating my OS to Windows 10, I was not able to connect to Bluetooth. For starters, I am not sure whether this laptop have bluetooth function or not, but i have checked the manual, it suppose to have bluetooth function. Further check in Device manager, I found the following error : Device PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_002B&SUBSYS_E016105B&REV_01\4&10a19ce3&0&00E0 requires further installation.
Computer Model : C9M74PA
Windows : 10
Appreciate your kind expertise on this matter.

According to the hardware ID you posted, your notebook has an Atheros AR9285 Wi-Fi adapter.
According to the specs for that model Wi-Fi adapter, it is not a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.
If you do not see a Bluetooth device manager category in the device manager, then your notebook does not have built in Bluetooth.
This is the W10 Wi-Fi driver for that model wifi adapter...
