Device appears hacked

hello 🙂 I was recently given a HP notebook,my uncle had wiped it to remove his stuff then installed Windows 10. When I went to use it I found a lot of event viewer activity relating to an unknown computer. This computer has apparently introduced providers like MINT via rras and bridge provider, as well as setting up group user accounts using elevated tokens. I don't understand much about tech but the computer logged as creating thousands of events in my computer is not recognised by me or my uncle. I have specific info if needed.. pls can someone advise
