Hi @Sarthak_babra_0,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP 15 255 is not connecting to your Bluetooth headset/device. The headset guides recommend these basic connection checks:

  • Turn on the headset/device and put it into pairing mode until the LED flashes red/blue or blue/white, depending on the model.

  • On your laptop, open Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.

  • Select the headset/device name when it appears.

  • If you are using a USB Bluetooth adapter, plug it into the laptop. The adapter is usually pre-paired and gives the best connection and sound quality for supported headsets.

  • If audio still does not work correctly:

    • Make sure only one softphone app is open at a time.

    • Check your computer sound settings and select the Poly Bluetooth adapter/headset as the default audio device.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
