I have the following problem with an HP Dock Thunderbolt G5 HSN-IX02...

 

I used a docking that I took from the company and with that I was able to connect and use all the connections - everything worked perfectly. Among other things, an external monitor was connected via the display port. Now I bought an identical device privately so that I can take the other one with me to the company. Ethernet and USB ports are functional, and the headset/microphone port also works. However, I can't get a connection via the display port - the external monitor is no longer recognized.

I also notice that the LED on the new dock is always lit (even when the connected laptop is shut down) - if I disconnect the connection, sometimes the LED flashes (not lit)... I use the previous original -Power supply - so it can't be the power supply.

 

Does anyone know the problem and have a tip for me?
