Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Phoenix 800-089 and recently upgraded our wifi. I was just wondering if the wifi adapater in my PC supports 5ghz? if so how do I switch it on? I try connecting to our 5ghz but it says "cannot connect" but all smart phones in the house were able to connect.

Yes, your machine supports both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Its specs

No ned to switch on anything, can you see 5.0GHz SSID on its networks list (when click the wireless icon at the bootoom right corner) ?

Please try
