Hp touchsmart 600 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Among many problems that my poor computer has such as not wanting to shut down or restart at times as well as suddenly turning off, the main issue I hope to solve right now is that even though it's connected tothe internet with my wifi signal , when I open Google chrome it says it has no internet connection ni matter how many time I refreshed and can take almost an hour to finally get the internet signal though may I remind you it already shows connected

unfortunately after time being it might have imporved with disconne ting less from the internet but it has had consecutive problems not wanting to suht down 😞 pretty much if i try to restart it or  shut it down it just turns the screen black with a loading sign on the mouse cursor that wont get off no matter what and so it renders the cmputer unusable until i have to force shut it by holding the power button 😞 is this a sideeffect? what can i do as this might be even more problematic, it might also be my spotify and malwarebytes app that freezing my computer. Thank you

Let's try to reset your Computer.

Windows 10 has a reset feature that repairs your computer by reinstalling the operating system. This feature is recommended for recovery because it reinstalls Windows 10 while either preserving your personal data and customizations or removing all your personal data.
