The only other thing you can do is to go into the BIOS and see if the wifi, Bluetooth and ethernet adapters are present and enabled.  Maybe someone disabled them all in the BIOS for some crazy reason.

 

If you can return the notebook to the seller, I would recommend that you do so, because it is fraught with problems, that I will not be able to help you with.

I know all of the hardware works, Ubuntu works just fine. So, if that's the case, could I fix the problems by just getting a clean install of Windows 10?

I was having the same issues with unknown devices but your posts were incredibly helpful and the 3 you provided drivers for are identified/installed.

 

That means there is 1 "unknown device" in my device manager.

The hardware ID for the other unknown device is: USB\VID_138A&PID_003C\0030F40D778A

 

Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated.
