Well, it looks like everything is working now...I had to uninstall the Broadcomm Bluetooth Bloatware (over 250 MB!) and now it looks like all the Bluetooth services have been properly enabled.

 

Thank you SO much!!  You've saved me many hours, and now i have a real comm card!

YES!! Those drivers all worked, now that I uninstalled all the Broadcomm Bluetooth Bloatware (250 MB!).  The intel stuff is so small by comparison I wasn't sure it was working until I actually installed some BT devices.

Yes, if your notebook originally had the BCM wifi/bluetooth adapter, normally you would have to uninstall the BCM bluetooth software first before installing the Intel BT software.
