Im having the same problem. i downgraded from windows 10 to windows 7 on an hp pavillion laptop and now i have no way to connect to the internet. the HARDWARE ids on my network controller are from top to bottom PCI/VEN_10EC&DEV_8179&SUBSYS_197D103C&REV_01

This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, and RTL8822BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models.
