Buongiorno, sul mio portatile HP Elite book windows 11 compare il pop up "configuring mobile broabdand service do not shut down when restart". Carica fino quasi alla fine, poi si ferma e si blocca, bloccando tutto il sistema operativo e rendendo inutilizzabile il computer. Da due giorni non lo posso usare. Sapreste dirmi cosa devo fare per risolvere il problema ed utilizzare nuovamente il pc? Grazie

Good morning,

on my HP Elite book windows 11 laptop the pop up "configuring mobile broadband service do not shut down when restart" appears.

It loads almost to the end, then stops and freezes, blocking the entire operating system and making the computer unusable.

I have not been able to use it for 7 days.

Can you explain me what I have to do to solve the problem and use the PC again?
