Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings!

  Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.4717]
  Targus AMB581GL mouse

I try to setup a Bluetooth mouse in Windows, but during the pairing stage it does not show the mouse in the list.

  What can cause this issue?

Thank you.

Here is what I have researched so far.

If I go to Device Manager, select Bluetooth Adapter, go to its Advanced tab shows LMP 4.16899. This means that the workstation features Broadcom Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-bluetooth-version-is-on-my-pc-f5d4cff7-c00d-337b-a6...).

The Targus AMB581 mouse has Bluetooth 5.2 label on its box and Bluetooth® 5.0 wireless connectivity on its official web page (https://eu.targus.com/products/compact-multi-device-antimicrobial-wireless-mouse-amb581gl).

In theory Bluetooth devices should be backward compatible, but it seems to be not my case...

  What do you think?
