I am unable to get the OS to recognize/properly install the drivers for an HP LT4120 snapdragon LTE WWAN card. The driver pack SP75259 sucessfully installs but the driver always show an error within device manager - The device cannot start - code 10

Hello Doyle792,
Have you also updated your BIOS firmware and Chipset drivers? These are often prerequisites for many other drivers.
Additionally, I know you said you were getting an error in your device manager. This may be another driver that's causing this issue, OR the system may just be looking in the wrong place for the driver you need. In device manager, right click the device with the error, and go to "properties." Then, under the Details tab, in the drop down menu, select Hardware IDs. Copy the longest ID and plug it into your favorite search engine. You may be able to pull up the name of the driver that is causing the error.
If it is the same driver causing the error, from the device manager, right click the device once more. Select "Update Driver Software..." and select "Browse my computer for driver software." Then, select Browse, and have it search your C:\ drive. If the correct driver is installed, it should be able to find it this way.
Hope this helps!
