Product: EliteBook 845 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

in the company I work for, there is a weird issue with the HP EliteBook 845 G7 only.

 

When in meeting room, users with this HP laptop model can not connect their laptops on the Surface Hub screen (to show a presentation,...).

 

Other users with EliteBook 745 G6 and EliteBook 845 G8 can connect without issue (or with some slowness).

 

The only 'solution' they found is to replace this model by another (G8 or G6).

 

Does someone has a solution for this issue on this laptop model without changing the laptop itself?
