Hi, I've had my HP Envy x360 for a little over a year however I have had this problem for some time, I have just been too busy to do anything about it.
Basically, When my laptop sleeps or the lid is closed, upon starting back up it will sometimes (4/5 times) lose connection to the wifi, and the adapters will disappear from the device manager.
I have previously searched for solutions such as updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, I do not have the power management tab under the driver properties so I can't check that solution. Recently it's been occurring more and more and typically the laptop is now out of warranty. I decided to upgrade to windows 11 to see if that solved the problem, but it did not. I'm in an even worse position now as I cannot find the Realtek drivers for windows 11 and the ones I have previously downloaded will no longer work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac PCIe adapter

Hello @mxtthewf
You notebook is not officially HP certified for Windows 11 !
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) | F.19 Rev.A | 14.1 MB | Aug 30, 2021 | Download |
(2) Update wifi ( one driver will work ! )
Intel WLAN Driver | 21.90.3.2 Rev.P | 23.0 MB | Jun 9, 2020 | Download |
or
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers | 2024.0.10.210 Rev.S | 10.3 MB | Mar 2, 2020 | Download |
(3) Reboot and test ...
(4) Change Power Saving Settings from Sleep to Hibernate !
best regards
