My laptop just stopped being able to connect to the internet at all. It said that the Ethernet cable isn’t plugged in but nothing has changed or been unplugged. I’ve tried quite a few things and nothing works.

I’ve tried restarting and resetting.

Also my f11 (flight mode) light is always amber?

- When was the last time it was working fine?
