Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Hp M01-f1114 and everything is working except my ethernet. Which is strange considering it was working fine and showing up a few days ago. Never used or or messed with it simply disappeared. Just now I wanted to start using ethernet but when I checked to see if my ethernet driver was there it was gone. Tried everything to fix it nothing worked. Even did a clean install. Nothing changed I did notice my bluetooth driver being restored. Possible solution to fix my issue?

Thanks for the advice. I did everything as mentioned on the document but when it came to testing the “Wired” connection it failed and gave me errors mentioning “

UEFI Networking does not appear to be supported or enabled on the system. Please check the BIOS settings to make sure UEFI network option ROMs are enabled and that UEFI network boot is enabled.” and in the bios it mentions nothing regarding these settings. I have seen some motherboards have hidden “Advanced” tabs with these options. I performed a clean windows 11 install and nothing changed for my ethernet. Installing the Realtek drivers always gives me an error of “Deep sleep” for the ethernet driver. But ethernet does not show in device manager not even in the hidden section.
