Product: G5 Dock

Our organisation has a number of G5 Docks, we have noticed on our network monitoring software that occasionally traffic from a mobile phone will appear as though it is coming from a PC connected to a dock. My question is whether the G5 docks are able to provide networking capabilities to mobile devices while they are connected to ethernet.

Are you talking about the HP USB-C Gen 5 dock ? I can't see what for rather tan you can connect mobile phones to the dock for charging.
