HP Recommended

Hi Guys

 

I hope you can help me!  I just bought a HP Chromebook 14a-na0007na 14 FullHD Laptop Celeron N4020 4GB 64GB White 2R171EA, and it's all plugged in but it wants me to log into my BT wifi account to verify me before I can do anything.

 

I know it doesn't have a caps lock but when I press alt and search keys it doesn't give me caps - it is driving me crazy!  I even changed my BT wifi password on my pc so it doesn't have any caps, but it still won't let me in.

 

Can anyone advise me what I am doing wrong?  I am the first to admit I am IT un-savvy but now I want to throw its' pretty little chrome butt against the wall!
