HP in there infinite wisdom created a Black Friday special out of this laptop by offering a Nice Touchscreen, I3, 8gb ram, 1tb Hard disk, machine for around $400 and left out the bluetooth. Want to finally upgrade wireless card & recently bought an
WiFi Card AX200 AX200NGW,9260 AC 9260NGW Upgrade Network Card Wi-Fi 6 WiFi Module 2 x 2 MU-MIMO Wireless Card with BT 5.0 Support Windows 10 64bit Gigabit M.2/NGFF
installed it and the laptop would not sense the hardware change, display the card in Device Manager, did not have wireless or bluetooth.
Wondering if this is due to a whitelist issue, a defective card acquired from Amazon or a hardware incompatibility issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi:
From what we have found from others on this forum is the notebook will only accept one model Wi-Fi card that is not listed in the service manual and that is this one...
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.
You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.
I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

RTL8821CE - Buy RTL8821CE with free shipping on AliExpress
On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.
